Lightwater Country Park Forest Bathing Saturday 28th November 2026
Come to Lightwater Country Park in Surrey and prepare to welcome the new month with a gentle and restorative forest bathing experience, celebrating the beauty of late autumn and the gradual turning of the year towards winter.
November invites us to notice a quieter kind of beauty with fallen leaves beneath our feet, bare branches emerging against the sky, earthy woodland scents and the small details revealed as the landscape begins to settle.
Guided through a series of simple sensory and nature-connection invitations, you will be encouraged to slow down, breathe more deeply and experience the woodland in a different way. There is no distance to cover and nowhere to rush to, simply just time to pause, notice and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
As autumn gives way to winter, we gently explore the season’s themes of letting go and making space for rest. No level of fitness or previous experience is needed.
This session may feel especially nourishing if you are feeling busy, overwhelmed or tired, or if you would simply enjoy marking the season in the company of the trees.
