Forest Bathing Retreat at Longstock Park Water Garden Monday 3rd August 2026

Come join us for a wonderful start to your week, as we offer a retreat to celebrate the summer in all it's fullness. Find your flow by the stillness of the lakes, be inspired by the trees and foliage, and find calm for your nervous system through this gentle, sensory experience of nature connection in a truly special setting.

The beautifully tended gardens, share something new with you, on every visit. This time, a day of forest bathing, with wonderful additions like a sound bath and qi gong. More information will be sent to those on our booking list! 

As a collaboration with Monica of Wild World Wondering, we are warmly inviting you join us for this special forest bathing event in this beautifully serene space just outside of Stockbridge.

10am - 3pm 

£65 per person (includes full day admission to the garden for the whole of 3rd August, to explore further, at your leisure)
