Forest Bathing at Lightwater Country Park Friday 17th April 2026

Springtime forest bathing at Lightwater Country Park, Surrey amongst the birdsong, glorious pine trees and tender green shoots of plants unfurling! Through slow walking, guided invitations and mindful presence, we will be tuning into the quiet, seasonal signs of renewal, allowing the forest to gently reawaken our connection with nature, to help us feel rested, rejuvenated, clearer headed and inspired.
